non-profit organization, is dedicated to raising and stewarding
funds to provide resources, improve the environment,
and support the educational and extracurricular programs
for the enrichment, betterment and excellence

The Lake Oconee Academy Foundation (LOAF) is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to enriching the educational experience of every LOA student. Denim & Diamonds is the annual event hosted by the Foundation. As the school population continues to grow, the mission of the LOAF to support this growth remains strong.

The Foundation is excited to host Denim & Diamonds annual charity fundraiser. It is an evening dedicated to celebrating and fundraising! In previous years, the event has included live entertainment, dancing, food, drinks, and fabulous live and silent auction items.

Past funds raised by the LOA Foundation have provided:

  • An upper elementary playground

  • Visual arts supplies for honors and AP programs

  • Travel scholarships for international study programs

  • A baseball/softball field

  • Titan Football Stadium and Field

  • Most recently, the campus expansion

  • 6,000+ library books

  • A piano lab

  • Broadcasting and technology equipment, band equipment

  • Musical theatre licenses, costumes, and technology

  • Athletic equipment for middle and high school students
